It is a full 11.1.4 Atmos system with a subwoofer and wireless rears, so the price buys a lot of hardware. But $1,699.95 is the highest price seen since November 2, 2026, and it dropped to $1,139.95 on November 3, 2026, so waiting for a sale saves real money.

How long do the detachable speakers last?

JBL rates the battery at up to 10 hours per charge. They recharge on the main bar, so you can dock them when the movie ends.

Does it support Dolby Atmos and DTS:X?

Yes. It decodes both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, and the 11.1.4 layout includes height channels for overhead effects.

How wide is the main soundbar?

The bar is 55.3 inches wide, so measure your TV stand or wall space before buying. The detachable rears add placement options behind or beside the seating.

You get the main soundbar, two detachable battery-powered surround speakers, a 10-inch wireless subwoofer and the usual cables and remote. Check the listing for the exact accessory list.
