Questions and answers

Is the Ariel Rider Kepler worth it at $1,399?
At $1,399 at Ariel Rider Ebikes as of November 4, 2026, it is a lot of motor, battery and fat-tire hardware for the money. It makes sense if you want speed and range and have space to store a 73 lb bike.
How fast does the Kepler go, and is that legal?
Ariel Rider claims 28+ mph where legally allowed. Many states and cities cap e-bike assist at 20 or 28 mph, so check your local rules before riding at full speed.
What is the real range per charge?
Ariel Rider claims up to 75+ miles, with a typical range of 35 to 75+ miles. Expect the low end if you ride fast, climb hills or carry cargo.
Should I get the high-step or low-step frame?
The low-step is easier to mount and dismount, especially with cargo or in traffic. The high-step is the more traditional frame; both use the same AL 6061 aluminum and 26 x 4 in tires.
What comes in the box?
The bike ships mostly assembled with the frame, motor, battery, fat tires and front suspension. Plan on fitting pedals, handlebars and checking bolt torque before the first ride.
When is the Kepler cheapest?
Only one store lists it new, at $1,399 as of November 4, 2026, so there is little cross-store discounting. Watch for seasonal sales from Ariel Rider directly.
