About the LNOW Multifunction Power Tower with Adjustable Backrest & Armrests Power Rack with Dip Station & Pull-up Bar
The LNOW Multifunction Power Tower is a free-standing bodyweight rig combining a pull-up bar, dip station, and padded backrest and armrests for knee raises and leg raises. Its adjustable backrest and armrests set it apart from bare power towers, adding support for core work and assisted dips. The best new price is $249.99 at lnowsport.com as of November 6, 2026, with only one store listing it new, so there is little price history to compare against.

Pros
- Combines pull-up bar, dip station and padded back and arm supports in one frame
- Adjustable backrest and armrests suit different heights and core exercises
- Freestanding design needs no wall or ceiling mounting
- Padded backrest makes knee and leg raises more comfortable than a bare tower
Cons
- Only one store lists it new, so price competition is thin
- Freestanding towers can rock or flex during kipping pull-ups
- Large footprint takes up floor space in small rooms
- Height and weight limits are not widely documented by owners
Questions and answers
- Is the LNOW power tower worth $249.99?
- At $249.99 at lnowsport.com as of November 6, 2026, it is priced in line with padded power towers that include back and arm supports. With only one new listing, there is no cheaper store price to compare against right now.
- How is it different from a basic pull-up and dip tower?
- It adds an adjustable backrest and padded armrests, which support knee raises, leg raises and assisted dips. A basic tower gives you only the bar and dip handles.
- Does it need to be bolted to the wall or floor?
- No. It is a freestanding power rack, so it stands on its own base. That also means it can shift during fast or kipping pull-ups, so check the base feet and floor surface.
- What exercises can I do on it?
- Pull-ups and chin-ups on the top bar, dips on the parallel handles, and knee or leg raises against the backrest and armrests. It is a bodyweight station, not a loaded barbell rack.
- When is the best time to buy it?
- With a single store listing it new, discounts are likely tied to that store's own sales rather than cross-store competition. Watch the price history for dips below $249.99.
