Does it really never need a battery?

Yes. Eco-Drive charges from any light source through the dial, so there is no battery to replace. Keep it out of a drawer for long stretches and it keeps running.

Is $174.60 a good price?

It is well under the $250 to $350 Disney Parks counter price, so it is a strong deal if the listing is genuine. Check that the seller includes the Citizen box and papers.

It is water resistant for daily wear such as hand washing and rain, not for swimming or diving. Check the caseback rating on the specific model.

Typically the watch, a Citizen Disney Parks presentation box and warranty card. Confirm with the seller, since resale listings vary.

Can I wear it to the office?

It works with casual and business-casual outfits. The character dial is too playful for formal dress.

How does it compare to a plain Citizen Eco-Drive?

The movement and build are similar. You pay extra for the Disney Parks design, which is also what makes it collectible.
