Is the Mayeerty sectional real leather?

No. It is upholstered in PU faux leather over a wood frame. That means it wipes clean easily but will not soften or age like real leather.

Can the pieces be rearranged?

Yes. It is a modular set, so the seats and chaise can be separated and reordered. The corner piece sets the shape of the L.

It is 104 inches long and 31 inches deep, with five seats plus the ottoman. Measure your room against that footprint before ordering, especially the chaise side.

Is $1,369.90 a good price?

Target lists it at $1,369.90 as of November 7, 2026, and it is the only new price listed. Without other stores to compare, judge it against similar faux leather sectionals, which often run $1,000 to $1,800.

Does it come with the ottoman?

Yes. The set includes the ottoman, which can serve as a footrest, extra seat or coffee table substitute.

Is faux leather a good choice for pets and kids?

Spills and crumbs wipe off easily, which helps with kids. Claws can scratch PU leather, so keep pets' nails trimmed or use a throw on the seats.
