Is the Octane Sky sectional worth $8,193?

It is a full-grain-style leather sectional with a hardwood frame and eight modular pieces, so the price reflects size and materials more than features. At $8,193 from TheaterSeatStore as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new listing, so compare it against leather sectionals of similar seat count before committing.

How big a room does the U-shape need?

A U-shaped 6-seat layout needs open floor on three sides, and the right-arm chair alone is 40.25 inches long and 40.5 inches deep. Measure the room and leave walking space behind the seats before ordering.

Does it need tools to assemble?

No. Octane lists the set as tool-free assembly, and the modular pieces connect as an 8-piece set. Two people should still plan for the lift, since leather sectional pieces are heavy.

Yes. The listing specifies leather upholstery over a kiln-dried hardwood frame. Plan on periodic leather conditioner to keep it from drying out.

Can I rearrange the pieces?

Yes. It is a modular sectional, so the sections can be reconfigured within the U-shape or split into separate seating. The hidden feet stay out of sight in any layout.

Only TheaterSeatStore lists it new at $8,193 as of November 5, 2026, so there is no second price to compare. Watch that listing for seasonal sales, since a single seller sets the price.
