Questions and answers

Is the Nicetravel 8-piece set worth it?
At $74.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, you get several hard-shell spinners plus a tote and packing cube for less than many single suitcases. It suits light-to-moderate travel; heavy frequent flyers may want sturdier wheels.
How many suitcases are in the 8-piece set?
The set is built around nested hard-shell spinners in graduated sizes, with the travel tote and packing cube making up the rest of the count. Check the listing for the exact size breakdown before buying.
Do the wheels hold up?
Reviews are mixed on wheels. Most owners find them smooth and quiet, but some report wheels breaking or wearing early, so avoid dragging the set over curbs and rough pavement.
Does it have a TSA lock?
Yes. The suitcases have a 3-digit TSA-approved combination lock, so security can open them for screening without cutting the zipper.
Can the tote fit over the suitcase handle?
Yes. The expandable tote has a rear trolley sleeve that slides over the suitcase handle, and it includes a detachable front pouch and a separate shoe compartment.
When is the best time to buy it?
The set has a single new listing at $74.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, so there is little price history to time. Watch for holiday and back-to-school sales, when luggage sets usually drop.
