Is $59.99 a good price for the 8' x 10' Passion rug?

It is the best new price across 6 stores as of November 3, 2026, but it is above the recent $19.83 low and the $54.40 high from the prior days. If you are not in a hurry, a lower price has appeared recently.

Does this rug need a rug pad?

Nourison recommends a rug pad, and the listing notes it even though the rug has a non-slip backing. A pad adds cushioning and keeps the low-pile rug from shifting on hard floors.

The listing does not mark it as pet friendly. The low cut pile is easy to vacuum, but claws and accidents may wear a synthetic rug faster than a tight natural-fiber one.

What sizes does the Passion rug come in?

Listed sizes are 4 ft, 5 ft and 8 ft, with the 8' x 10' being the largest. Check the specific size before ordering, since price varies by size.

Can it go over carpet?

Yes, the listing says it can be used over carpet. A thin pad underneath helps prevent slipping on carpeted floors.

What is the pile height and material?

It is a machine-made synthetic rug with a low 1-inch cut pile. That makes it easy to clean and suitable for moderate foot traffic.
