Moncler men's down for the coldest commutes

Questions and answers

Is the Moncler Verith worth $1,990?

It is a luxury down puffer with a hood and heavyweight fill, so you pay for the brand and build. At $1,990 it is about $700 above the $1,280 low seen on November 2, 2026, so waiting for a drop makes sense if price matters.

How warm is the Verith jacket?

It uses 100% down fill and is rated heavyweight, suited to fall and winter. The cropped length means less coverage at the waist, so pair it with high-rise layers in deep cold.

Does the Verith run true to size?

It has a relaxed fit, so it runs roomier than a slim puffer. Most shoppers can take their usual size, and those wanting a closer fit may size down.

What colors does the Verith come in?

Listed colors are black, gray, white, dark blue and blue. Availability varies by store and size.

How should I care for the Verith down jacket?

Care instructions list both dry clean and machine wash. Use a down-specific detergent on a gentle cycle and tumble low with dryer balls to restore loft.

When is the Verith cheapest?

The lowest recent daily price was $1,280 on November 2, 2026, against $1,990 at Nordstrom on November 3, 2026. Watch for end-of-season and mid-season markdowns rather than buying at full price.
