Is the Fenix 7X Pro Solar worth it over the standard Fenix 7?

The 7X Pro adds the LED flashlight, multi-band GPS, preloaded maps and solar charging, plus a larger 1.4-inch display. If you want those features and can handle the 51 mm case, it is the better pick.

How long does the battery really last?

Garmin rates up to about 5.3 weeks in smartwatch mode, with solar extending it in good light. Heavy GPS use drains it much faster, so expect days rather than weeks on long tracked activities.

Will it fit a small wrist?

It is a 51 mm case with a steel bezel, so it wears large and heavy. Shoppers with wrists under about 170 mm often prefer the smaller Fenix 7S or 7.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. It connects over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to both, and syncs with Garmin Connect for notifications, health data and activity uploads.

The watch, a charging/data cable and documentation. A spare band is not included.

Its lowest recent price was $539.99 on October 31, 2026, about $60 under the $599.95 high on November 4, 2026. Watch for drops around major sales.
