About the Vitamix 36019 The Quiet One Blender

The Vitamix 36019 The Quiet One is a commercial blender built around a sound enclosure that muffles the motor and jar while it runs. It pairs a 1,300–1,550 W, 3-peak-HP motor with a 48 oz Tritan Advance container, six touch buttons and 34 program settings. The best new price is $1,158.00 at Cresco Resco as of November 3, 2026, the top of its recent range; the lowest daily price in the past week was $475.14 on November 2. That gap is large, so confirm which configuration and seller you are comparing before buying.

Best forCafes, bars and smoothie shops where noise mattersHigh-volume kitchens running many blends a dayBuyers who want programmed, repeatable cyclesSmall counters that can still fit a 10.7 in deep unit
Pros
  • Sound enclosure cuts noise versus open commercial blenders
  • 34 program settings plus pulse for repeatable recipes
  • 3-peak-HP motor handles thick mixes and frozen fruit
  • 48 oz Tritan jar is BPA-free and stackable
  • Six-button touch panel is simple to clean and operate

  • Heavy at about 20 lb (9.1 kg) and bulky with the enclosure
  • Only 48 oz capacity, small for large batches
  • Plastic housing and jar look less premium at this price
  • No self-cleaning program listed; manual washing needed
  • Price swings widely, so the current $1,158 is not a bargain

What reviewers say

Rated 4.1 out of 5 from 41 ratings. Owners of the Quiet One line generally value the noise reduction and consistent programs, while some question the value and the small jar.

Pros
  • Noticeably quieter than standard Vitamix blenders
  • Programs give consistent results across staff
  • Motor powers through frozen and thick blends
Cons
  • Expensive for the capacity
  • Enclosure adds size and weight to the counter
  • Plastic parts feel less durable than expected

Questions and answers

Is the Vitamix Quiet One worth $1,158?
Only if quiet operation matters to your business. At $1,158 at Cresco Resco as of November 3, 2026, it sits at its recent high; the low in the past week was $475.14, so waiting or comparing sellers is reasonable.
How loud is it compared with a standard Vitamix?
The sound enclosure is the main point of this model and cuts noise enough for cafes and bars. Vitamix does not publish a single dB figure here, so judge it against your room rather than a spec sheet.
How big is the jar and how much can it blend?
The Advance container holds 48 oz (1.4 L). That suits single servings and small batches, not large-volume production.
What comes in the box?
The blender, the sound enclosure, the 48 oz Tritan Advance container, the Advance blade assembly and the lid. No extra jars or tamper are listed.
Does it fit under standard cabinets?
It is 10.7 in deep and weighs about 20 lb with the enclosure, so measure your counter depth and clearance first. The enclosure makes it taller and wider than a bare blender.
When is it cheapest?
Prices have ranged from $475.14 to $1,158.00 in the past week, so deals appear when sellers discount or clear stock. Track the price history rather than assuming the list price is fixed.
