Is the Bay Shore 8" Hybrid Plush good for side sleepers?

The plush top adds some pressure relief, but at 8 inches there is not much foam over the coils. Lighter side sleepers usually do fine; heavier side sleepers may want a thicker mattress.

What frame does it need?

It works on a platform bed, slatted frame, bunk bed or adjustable base. A box spring is optional, and the 8-inch height keeps it low on the frame.

How long does it take to expand after unboxing?

Mattresses in a box typically take 24 to 72 hours to reach full height. Sleep on it after the first day and give it a few days to firm up.

Is $151.76 a good price for this mattress?

It is the best new price among the two stores listing it as of November 8, 2026. At that level it is cheap for a hybrid innerspring mattress, though stock and sizes vary by seller.

Does it come in other sizes?

The line is listed in multiple sizes, including Twin XL and Full XL. Check the size label before ordering, since the price changes by size.
