Is the Setohet 500W e-bike worth $319.99?

It is one of the cheapest 500W e-bikes you can buy new. The 2.8/5 rating from 12 buyers means you should expect budget components and check the return policy before ordering.

How fast does a 500W e-bike go?

Most 500W hub-motor e-bikes are limited to 20 mph in the US. Expect real-world cruising around 15 to 18 mph with pedal assist.

What is the range per charge?

The listing does not state battery capacity or range. Budget 500W bikes typically manage 20 to 40 miles per charge depending on assist level, terrain and rider weight.

Does it come assembled?

E-bikes in this price range usually ship mostly assembled, with pedals, front wheel and handlebars to fit. Budget for a shop check-over if you are not comfortable adjusting brakes and derailleurs.

Can I ride it without the motor?

Yes. The 7-speed drivetrain works as a normal hybrid bike, though the motor and battery add weight compared with a plain bicycle.

When is the price lowest?

At $319.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is already near the bottom of the e-bike market. Watch for holiday sales, since only one store currently lists it new.
