Is $1,507.74 a good price for this sectional?

It is the best new price found as of November 7, 2026, at eBay, with only two stores listing it new. Few listings make it hard to judge against a typical street price, so compare the other store's total with shipping before deciding.

How big a room does the L-shaped layout need?

A five-seat L sectional with an ottoman typically needs a room roughly 12 by 14 feet or larger to keep walkways clear. Measure your wall run and leave space for the ottoman to pull out.

Do I have to assemble it?

Yes, assembly is required. The modular sections, legs and connectors arrive unassembled, so plan on two people and a couple of hours.

Yes, it is described as genuine leather. That means a durable, wipeable surface, but it also needs occasional leather conditioner to stay supple.

Can the pieces be rearranged?

Yes, the modular design lets you swap the chaise and ottoman positions to fit your room. Check that the connectors line up before you tighten everything down.

What comes in the box?

The sectional sections, the ottoman, five throw pillows and the hardware for assembly. Legs and connectors are included with the sofa.
