Is $34.97 a good price for this air fryer?

Yes. That is the lowest new price among the four stores listing it as of November 7, 2026, and it is well under the typical selling price for this model.

How much food fits in the 3-quart basket?

About 3 quarts, which Beautiful rates for up to four people. In practice it suits one to three servings of fries or vegetables at a time.

Does it need to be preheated?

Preheating is not required, but a few minutes at the set temperature gives more even results, especially for frozen foods.

Can the basket go in the dishwasher?

No. The basket and crisper plate should be washed by hand with warm soapy water.

What comes in the box?

The fryer unit, a removable 3-quart basket with a crisper plate, and a quick-start guide.

How does it compare with a 6-quart air fryer?

It costs less and takes up less counter space, but a 6-quart model cooks larger batches and usually heats faster.
