Is the Galaxy S25+ worth it over the S24+?

Only if you want the newer chip and seven years of updates. The screen, battery capacity and cameras are close to the S24+, so S24+ owners can skip it.

Does this global model work on US carriers?

It supports 5G and dual SIM, but the global SM-S936B/DS lacks US mmWave bands and may not get warranty service in the US. Check your carrier's bands before buying.

How long does the battery last?

Samsung rates up to 49 hours of talk time and 340 hours standby. Most owners get a full day of mixed use, less with heavy gaming or hotspot use.

The phone and a USB-C cable. Samsung does not include a charger, so you need your own USB-C adapter for the 15W wireless or wired charging.

Does it have a microSD slot or headphone jack?

No. Storage is fixed at 256GB and there is no 3.5mm jack; use USB-C or Bluetooth headphones.

When is the price likely to be lowest?

Samsung flagships typically drop around major sales events and after a successor launches. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
