Is the Kingway Estancy set real leather?

No. It is upholstered in faux leather, a synthetic cover over foam and frame. It wipes clean easily but will not soften or age like genuine leather.

What is included in the three-piece set?

The set is sold as three pieces, usually a sofa with two reclining seats plus a loveseat or recliner chair. Confirm the exact configuration with the store before ordering, since listings vary.

Is $709.24 a good price for this set?

It is the lowest new price among the two stores that list the set as of November 7, 2026. For three reclining pieces, that is entry-level pricing, so expect budget-grade foam and mechanisms.

Will it fit in a small living room?

The seats are 30 inches deep, which is shallower than many recliners. Leave extra clearance behind each piece for the backrest to recline.

How do I keep the faux leather from cracking?

Keep the set out of direct sun and away from heat vents, and wipe spills promptly with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, which dry out the coating.

About the Kingway Estancy Faux Leather Reclining Set

The Kingway Estancy is a three-piece faux leather reclining set, typically a sofa plus loveseat or chair, sold as one package. The seats are 30 inches deep, so they suit smaller living rooms better than deep lounge layouts. At $709.24 at OJCommerce.com as of November 7, 2026, it is the lowest new price among the two stores that list it, and a set at that figure costs less than most single leather recliners.
