Is the 3.75HP motor enough for running?

3.75HP is a peak rating, so it suits walking and light jogging better than daily distance running. Heavier runners near the 265 lb limit should expect more strain on the motor.

How much space does it need when folded?

It folds upright to save floor space, but the deck is 52 x 17 inches, so check your room length before buying. Exact folded dimensions are not listed.

Does the incline adjust on its own?

Yes. Incline is motorized from 1 to 15 degrees at the touch of a button, so you can change it mid-workout without stopping.

Can I control it from my phone?

Yes. App control lets you monitor speed, distance, time and calories. It does not replace the console controls.

Is $444.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed and matches the low since November 2, 2026, so there is no cheaper recent price to wait for. Comparable folding treadmills with motorized incline often cost more.

What is included in the box?

The treadmill, its console and the assembly hardware are included. A heart-rate strap and floor mat are not mentioned.
