Is the Simpli Home Livingston sofa worth it?

At $1,457.30 at Home Depot as of November 4, 2026, it is a fair price for a 90-inch performance-fabric sofa with a 900 lb capacity. It suits buyers who want a wide, low-maintenance three-seater more than those wanting a plush, deep-cushion feel.

How does it compare with a standard 84-inch sofa?

It is about 6 inches wider, so it seats three with more elbow room and fits larger living rooms. Check your room and doorway widths first, since the extra length matters in tight spaces.

What is the seat height and depth?

The seat is 18.1 inches high and 35.5 inches deep, which is deeper than many sofas. Shorter sitters may want a throw pillow behind the back for support.

Is the fabric good for pets and kids?

The woven-blend performance fabric is designed for everyday wear and the back cushions come off for cleaning. The textured finish can still snag on sharp claws, so trim pet nails.

One sofa with the frame, seat and back cushions, and legs packed for assembly. Assembly is straightforward and typically takes under an hour with two people.

Sofa prices usually dip during major holiday sales and clearance events. The current best new price is $1,457.30 at Home Depot as of November 4, 2026, across 8 stores.
