Is the Hartley rug good for homes with pets?

The synthetic, stain-resistant surface is easy to vacuum and spot-clean, which suits pet households. The thin pile offers little cushioning, so add a pad if comfort matters.

What size should I pick for a living room?

Choose a size that lets the front legs of your sofa and chairs sit on the rug. The rectangular shape works for standard seating layouts; measure the room before ordering.

Does it need a rug pad?

A pad is recommended. It adds cushioning under the thin pile and helps keep the rug from sliding and edges from curling.

Can it be used outdoors?

No. It is listed for indoor placement only, so keep it out of sunrooms, porches and patios.

Is $154.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, $154.99 at Wayfair as of November 7, 2026, so there is no lower new price to compare. Check the price history before buying.

Vacuum regularly and blot spills promptly with mild soap and water. The stain-resistant finish helps, but avoid soaking the synthetic fibers.
