What buyers say
Buyers like
- 283Nm torque makes climbing sandy hills easy and keeps pulling under load
- Suspension (150mm front, 75mm rear) absorbs bumps better than many bikes in the same price category
- Three riding modes suit riders of different experience levels
- 14-inch front and 12-inch rear wheels feel agile on tight trails yet stable on loose gravel
- Bikes arrived well protected; removable batteries convenient to charge indoors
- Throttle response is direct but smooth and controllable; lightweight and easy to handle
Buyers complain about
- Turbo mode is too strong to keep on comfortably
- Overall okay but more of a get-used-to-it type
- Power is not extreme, more entry-level and casual than aggressive
