A jacket that heats up before you do

Questions and answers

How long does the battery last?

Runtime depends on the heat setting; higher settings drain the battery faster. Expect a few hours of active heating per charge at moderate settings, less at the highest.

Is it warm without the heat on?

Yes. The down fill insulates on its own, so it works as a normal down jacket when the battery is off or dead.

How do I wash it?

Follow the care label: use a down-safe detergent, avoid fabric softener, and tumble dry low with dryer balls to restore loft. Remove the battery first.

What comes in the box?

Typically the jacket, a rechargeable battery and a charging cable. Check the listing for the exact included battery capacity.

Is it worth the price over a regular down jacket?

If you spend long stretches in cold weather or work outdoors, the added heat is a real benefit. For short commutes, an unheated down jacket costs less.
