Is the Roborock QV 35S worth $429.99?

At $429.99 at Wayfair as of November 8, 2026, it is a reasonable entry into a self-emptying vacuum-and-mop combo. You give up advanced navigation and scrubbing mops that cost $200 to $400 more.

Does the QV 35S work with Alexa?

Yes. Amazon Alexa support is listed, so you can start, stop and send the robot home by voice through an Echo speaker.

How big is the dustbin?

The onboard bin holds 0.09 gal, about 350 ml. With the self-emptying dock, debris moves to a larger bag so you empty it far less often.

How does it compare with the Roborock Q7 or S8?

The QV 35S sits below those lines. The Q7 and S8 add stronger suction, better mapping and, on some models, vibrating or spinning mops, at higher prices.

Expect the robot, the self-emptying dock, a mop pad and a power cord. Check the listing for spare bags and pads before ordering.

Robot vacuums usually drop during Black Friday, Prime Day and back-to-school sales. With only one new price listed, watch for a first discount before buying.
