A blue modular sofa that rearranges with your mood

Questions and answers

Is the Christopher Knight Home Julius sofa worth it?

At $755.99 at Target as of November 4, 2026, it is a lot of seating for the money. Expect budget-level foam and chenille, so it fits a first apartment or a spare room better than a daily family couch.

Can the Julius sofa be split into separate pieces?

Yes. It is modular, so the sections come apart and can be arranged as an L-shape or pushed into one long 98.5-inch sofa. Each piece is heavy, so plan the layout before you assemble.

How big is the sofa and will it fit my room?

It runs 98.5 inches long and 30 inches deep, so it needs a wall of roughly 8 feet 3 inches. Measure doorways and hallways before delivery, since the sections ship separately but are still bulky.

What is stored under the seats?

The seats lift to reveal storage compartments for blankets, pillows or throws. The lids are part of the seat, so keep the space light and avoid storing heavy items that strain the hinges.

How does it compare with a standard sectional?

It costs far less than most chenille sectionals and gives more layout options. The trade-off is thinner foam and a cover that will pill sooner than pricier fabrics.

When is the price lowest?

The only new price listed is $755.99 at Target as of November 4, 2026. Watch for holiday furniture sales, when large sofas like this typically see their deepest discounts.
