The 1 inch scale Keeper's House dollhouse kit, aka the Cape Cottage Jr., is a fanciful little cottage. This dollhouse kit works perfectly with the 1 inch scale New England Lighthouse dollhouse kit . This house is also perfect for a beginner/novice who would like to try their hand at dollhouse miniatures.
Do you love customizing? You could add our Bay Window #5020-C to the sidewall for a really spectacular look. When cutting your window opening in the sidewall, it should be 2" above the floor to be the same height as the other window.
Want a fancier window? The window rough opening is 5 1/16" x 5 1/16", which is standard, and can be replaced by other side-by-side windows such as 5015-C , 5037-C , 5044 or JQ23W .
Want a fancier front exterior door? The door rough opening is 3 1/16" x 7 9/16", which is standard, and can be replaced by 6002-C , 6004-C , 6018-C , 6022-C or JQ16D .
