Our take on the 10.1 inch Android 14 Tablet 8-Core

This is a 10.1-inch Android 14 tablet with an eight-core processor, 64 GB of storage, a 1280 x 800 display, and a 5,000 mAh battery. The 8 MP rear and 5 MP front cameras are unusual at this size and price class. It is a Wi-Fi-only, budget-oriented device, so its latest best price should be checked against its recent range before buying.

Questions and answers

Is this tablet worth it?
For streaming, browsing, email and light schoolwork at a low price, yes. If you need a sharp screen or long battery life, spend more.
Is 1280 x 800 good enough on a 10.1-inch screen?
It is usable but not sharp. Text and video look softer than on 1080p or 2K panels, so it suits casual viewing rather than reading-heavy work.
How long does the 5,000 mAh battery last?
Expect roughly a day of light use and less with heavy video. The large screen draws power, so keep a charger handy for long sessions.
Does it have cellular data?
No. It is Wi-Fi only, so you need a hotspot or Wi-Fi network away from home.
What comes in the box?
Typically the tablet, a charger and a cable. A case and screen protector are usually sold separately.
When is it cheapest?
Budget tablets like this tend to drop during major sales events and back-to-school periods. Check the price history before buying.
