Questions and answers

Is the GarveeLife 12x24 carport worth it over a 20 ft kit?
The extra 4 ft of depth covers long pickups, boats and tractors that a 20 ft kit leaves exposed. It costs more and needs more space, so choose it only if you need the length.
Will it hold up in snow and wind?
It is rated to 100 MPH wind and 35 PSF snow load, with a sloped roof for drainage. Clear heavy snow buildup anyway, and anchor it properly to reach those ratings.
What is the actual height clearance?
The eave height is 85 in and the maximum entrance height is 102.4 in, with 8.5 ft overall height. That fits most pickups, boats on trailers and compact tractors.
What comes in the box?
You get the steel frame and galvanized roof panels, heavy-duty anchor rods, six reinforcing support rods, roof seam sealing tape and a soft rubber edge strip. It ships in four packages that may arrive separately.
What surface can I install it on?
The reinforcing rods can be mounted on different surfaces, but stability depends on solid anchoring. Concrete or packed gravel with proper anchors is the safest base.
When is the price lowest?
Large metal carports usually dip during off-season and clearance sales. Track the price history here and compare across stores before buying.
