Our take on the 15L Foldable Washing Machine Portable Collapsible Mini Washer with UV Sterilization

This is a 15L collapsible electric mini washer with a fold-down tub, mechanical controls, three wash modes and UV plus blue-light sterilization rated at 99.97% germ kill. It is built for small loads — underwear, baby clothes, socks, workout gear — in apartments, dorms, RVs or hotel rooms where a full machine does not fit. The hidden drain and low spout let it empty into a sink or bucket without a permanent hookup. It runs on 220V, so US buyers need a step-up converter or a 220V outlet; check the plug type before ordering.

Pros
  • Folds flat for storage in a closet or under a bed
  • 15L tub handles a few shirts or a small load of delicates
  • UV and blue-light sterilization cycle for extra hygiene
  • Three wash modes with simple mechanical control
  • Hidden drain and low spout empty into a sink or bucket
Cons
  • 220V only — needs a converter or 220V outlet in the US
  • Small capacity; not for bedding, towels or family laundry
  • No spin-dry performance comparable to a full washer
  • Mechanical dial gives no timer display or precise cycle control
  • Sterilization claims come from the maker, not independent testing

Questions and answers

Is it worth it compared with hand washing?
For daily small loads it saves time and wrings clothes more evenly than hand washing. If you mostly wash large items, a full-size machine or a laundromat is the better spend.
Will it work on US power?
It is rated 220V, so a standard 120V US outlet will not run it correctly. Use a step-up converter rated above the washer's wattage, or a 220V outlet, and confirm the plug type.
How much can it wash at once?
The 15L tub takes roughly a few T-shirts, a set of underwear or a small baby-clothes load. Overloading stops the tub from agitating properly.
Does the UV light really kill germs?
The listing claims 99.97% germ kill from UV plus blue light. That figure is the manufacturer's claim and has not been independently verified, so treat it as a bonus rather than the main reason to buy.
What is in the box?
Expect the foldable washer, a drain hose and a power cord. Check the listing for the plug type and whether an adapter or converter is included, since it usually is not.
When is it cheapest?
Compact washers like this tend to dip during back-to-school and moving-season sales and around major shopping events. Compare the current price against its price history before buying.
