Is it really safe for outdoor use?

Yes. It carries an IP65 rating, meaning it is sealed against dust and water jets, so it suits covered porches and damp rooms. Do not submerge it or mount it where it takes direct rain from below.

How much air does a 20-inch fan move?

Less than a full-size 52-inch fan. It is best for small areas like a porch corner, bathroom or gazebo seat, not for cooling a large patio.

Can it be mounted on a wall?

Yes. Amicolight lists both ceiling and wall mounting, which helps in gazebos or sheds where a ceiling mount is awkward.

Does the remote come in the box?

Yes, the fan is remote controlled and the remote is part of the package. Check the listing for battery inclusion.

How bright is the light?

It is an integrated light for ambience and small spaces, not a replacement for a main outdoor fixture. Expect enough light to see by, not to flood a deck.

The current $49.99 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026 is already near the bottom of its recent range. Outdoor fans like this tend to dip in fall and winter, outside peak porch season.
