  • Screen door handle was 1/4" too high and hit the latch strike plate instead of clicking in place
  • Top right of the frame bowed out up to 1/8", needing extra butyl rubber and caulking to stay water-tight
  • Frame was 1/2" narrower and shorter than the 24" x 72" door it replaced, requiring extra reinforcing work
  • Bottom overhang is only 1/2", too small to shed water over the wood frame
