Are these good leggings for yoga?

Yes. The 18% spandex blend stretches and recovers well, and the high waist holds during bends and twists. The cropped cut keeps them cool for indoor sessions.

How does the crop length fit?

They end below the knee, so they suit warm weather and shorter legs. Taller wearers may find them shorter than expected.

How should I wash them?

They are machine washable. Wash cold with like colors and skip the fabric softener to protect the stretch.

Do they have pockets?

No pockets are listed. Plan on a separate place for keys and phone during workouts.

When is the best time to buy?

32 Degrees activewear often drops in price during seasonal sales and clearance events. Check the price history on this page before buying.
