Our take on the 35-Inch Propane Gas Fire Pit Table

This is a 35-inch square propane fire pit table with a steel frame wrapped in PE rattan wicker, rated at 50,000 BTU with push-button auto-ignition. It stands 24.5 inches tall and weighs 77 lbs, so it works as a full-height patio table when the flame is off. It ships with lava rocks and a PVC cover and carries CSA and ETL certification. At $352.98 at Macy's as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is 50,000 BTU enough for a cool evening?
Yes for a patio or deck. It throws usable heat a few feet around the table, but it will not warm a large open yard in cold weather.
Does it come with a propane tank?
No. It includes lava rocks and a PVC cover. You supply a standard 20 lb propane tank, which typically sits inside the base.
Can I use it on a wooden deck?
Generally yes, since the flame sits above the table surface and the tank is enclosed. Keep it clear of overhead structures and check local rules for open flames on decks.
Is the tabletop usable when the fire is off?
Yes. The 35-inch square top works as a normal table, though the burner area stays covered by lava rocks.
How hard is assembly?
Most fire pit tables of this type take 30 to 60 minutes with two people. The 77 lb weight means you will want help flipping and positioning it.
When is it cheapest?
Fire pit tables usually drop in late summer and around Black Friday. With one store listing it, watch Macy's for markdowns rather than expecting broad price competition.
Where is the 35-Inch Propane Gas Fire Pit Table cheapest?
At Macy's, for $352.98, as of our latest check.
