Questions and answers

Is this dash cam worth $16.04?

At $16.04 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is a low-risk way to get basic 1080p footage. Do not expect the reliability or parking protection of $80–$150 cameras.

Does the 360° rotation mean it records the whole car at once?

No. The head rotates so you can point the single lens at the road, the cabin or a side window. It captures one view at a time, not a full sphere.

Will it record while the car is parked?

Motion sensing suggests it can trigger on movement, but budget units usually need a constant power source and can drain the battery. Check the manual for parking-mode limits.

What comes in the box?

Expect the camera, a mount and a power cable. A microSD card is usually not included, so buy a high-endurance card separately.

When is it cheapest?

The tracked new price is $16.04 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, and only one store lists it new. Watch for holiday sales, since stock is thin.
