Does it need a SIM card and a plan?

Yes. It uses a 4G SIM card, so you need a carrier plan with data and calling. The SIM is not included.

At $68.99 at Pick Your Plum as of November 7, 2026, it is on the low side for a 4G GPS kids' watch. Three stores list it new, so compare before buying.

How accurate is the GPS?

Outdoors it is usually close enough to see which street a child is on. Indoors and in dense areas the position can lag or be off by a block.

It suits kids roughly 5 to 11 who are starting to walk to school or play outside without a phone.

How long does the battery last?

Expect about a day with normal use. Live tracking and calls drain it faster, so charge it nightly.

Can my child play games or use apps on it?

No. It is a calling and tracking watch, not an app platform like an adult smartwatch.
