Questions and answers

Is the 1200 thread count real?
It is a multi-ply count on a cotton-poly blend, so it will not feel like a 1200-count single-ply cotton sheet. Expect a smooth sateen finish rather than a heavy, dense cotton hand.
Will it fit my deep mattress?
The fitted sheet has a 15-inch pocket and is rated for mattresses up to 18 inches deep. Measure your mattress plus any topper before ordering.
Does it actually sleep cool?
The polyester content works against the cooling claim, and some buyers report sleeping warm. Hot sleepers are better served by all-cotton or linen.
What is in the set?
It is a 3-piece set: one flat sheet, one fitted sheet and one pillowcase. Check the listing for the pillowcase count if you need a pair.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener, which coats the sateen weave.
Is $59.04 a good price?
That is the best new price across 5 stores as of November 5, 2026, at Wayfair. For a cotton-rich 3-piece set it is a low entry point.
Where is the 5th Avenue Lux 1200TC CVC Cooling Sheet Set cheapest?
