Our take on the 67" Fluted TV Stand with Sliding Doors Mid-Century Modern Media Console for TVs up to 80"

A 67-inch media console with fluted solid wood doors and a natural wood finish, sized for TVs up to 80 inches. The sliding doors keep the mid-century look clean and hide cable clutter behind two cabinets. At $219.99 at Target as of November 3, it is the only new price tracked, so there is no recent range to compare against. Solid wood at this price is unusual; most consoles near $200 use particle board with veneer.

Questions and answers

Is $219.99 a good price for this TV stand?
It is the only new price tracked, at Target as of November 3, so there is no recent low to beat. For solid wood with fluted doors, $219.99 is low; comparable solid wood consoles usually run several hundred dollars.
Will it hold an 80-inch TV?
Yes, it is rated for screens up to 80 inches. A 67-inch stand is narrower than an 80-inch TV, so the set will overhang the ends by several inches. Keep the TV centered and check the base footprint.
Is it really solid wood?
The listing specifies solid wood with a natural wood finish. Expect real wood grain and some variation in tone between units. Ask the store whether the back panel and drawer bottoms are also solid wood or a thinner panel.
Do the sliding doors need space to open?
No. They slide along a track, so the console can sit close to a wall or in a corner. Make sure the floor is level so the doors track smoothly.
What is in the box?
The console and its sliding doors, plus assembly hardware. Flat-pack furniture at this price usually ships unassembled, so plan on a screwdriver and a helper for the cabinet body.
When is it cheapest?
There is only one new price tracked, so no seasonal pattern is visible yet. Watch for Target furniture sales and holiday promotions, and check back for a price history before buying.
