Our take on the 87 inch Corduroy 3-Seater Sofa with Extra Deep Seats and 2 Pillows

This is a large three-seat sofa in beige corduroy with a camelback silhouette, track arms and a deep 22-inch seat. It is built on a wood frame rated to 850 lb and ships with two throw pillows. At $269.85 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a sofa this size normally costs, so the price is strong for the footprint. The trade-off is that a fabric sofa near $270 rarely uses high-density foam or hardwood throughout, and the 3.7-star average from 888 ratings reflects that mix.

Pros
  • 87-inch width seats three adults without crowding
  • 22-inch seat depth suits tall sitters and lounging
  • 850 lb weight capacity is high for the price
  • Corduroy is soft and hides light scuffs better than flat weave
  • Two matching pillows included
  • Beige solid color fits most decor
Cons
  • 3.7 out of 5 from 888 ratings is middling for upholstered seating
  • Deep 22-inch seat leaves little legroom in small rooms
  • Corduroy shows crushing and lint and is hard to clean
  • Low price usually means foam that softens within a year or two
  • Only one store prices it new, so there is no price competition

What reviewers say

Owner feedback is mixed. People like the size, the soft corduroy and the deep seats for the money, but durability and cushion support draw repeated complaints.

Pros
  • Generous width and depth for the price
  • Soft, warm corduroy texture
  • Easy assembly and light weight to move
  • Pillows included at no extra cost
Cons
  • Cushions flatten and lose shape over months
  • Fabric pills and collects pet hair
  • Arrives with creases and a chemical smell that takes time to fade
  • Frame and legs feel less sturdy than the rating suggests

Questions and answers

Is this sofa worth $269.85?
At that price you get an 87-inch, deep-seat sofa for less than most three-seaters cost. Expect budget foam and corduroy that needs care; it is a fair buy for a spare room or first apartment, not a decade-long piece.
How does it compare with a standard 84-inch sofa?
It is slightly wider and much deeper at 22 inches versus the usual 20 to 21. That extra depth is great for lounging but eats floor space, so measure the room before buying.
Will it fit through a doorway?
The sofa is 87 inches long, so it will not go through a standard 32-inch door upright. Check that it ships in sections or that you have a wide entry or a removable door.
What is included in the box?
The sofa, two throw pillows and the legs, which attach on delivery. Tools are usually included, but check the listing for the exact hardware.
When is the price lowest?
Furniture discounts cluster around Black Friday, Memorial Day and Labor Day. With only one store selling it new as of November 3, 2026, watch that listing rather than comparing across stores.
Is corduroy good for pets and kids?
It is soft but the ribbed pile traps hair and snags on claws. A vacuum with an upholstery tool helps, and a slipcover is worth considering.
Where is the 87 inch Corduroy 3-Seater Sofa with Extra Deep Seats and 2 Pillows cheapest?
At Walmart, for $269.85, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the 87 inch Corduroy 3-Seater Sofa with Extra Deep Seats and 2 Pillows?
Rated 3.7 out of 5 from 888 ratings.
