Questions and answers

Is the Acer Iconia Duo D12 good for gaming?
It handles casual games, but the Helio G99 is a midrange chip. Demanding 3D titles will need lowered settings.
Does the 90Hz screen matter on a tablet?
Yes for scrolling and reading, which look smoother than on 60Hz panels. It does not change app performance.
Is 8 GB of RAM enough?
For browsing, streaming, email and a few apps at once, yes. Heavy multitasking with many large apps will slow it down.
How does it compare with an iPad?
The D12 gives you a bigger screen and more storage for the money. The iPad has a faster chip and far more tablet-optimized apps.
Is $349.99 a good price?
It is the only new price listed as of November 8, 2026, so there is no cheaper recent price to wait for. Compare it against other 12-inch Android tablets before buying.
What comes in the box?
Expect the tablet and a charger. Acer does not usually bundle a keyboard or stylus with the Iconia line, so check before buying if you need them.
Where is the Acer Iconia Duo D12 D12-11M-89W0 12.2" 8 GB 128 GB cheapest?
At Best Buy, for $349.99, as of our latest check.
