Is 320 Hz worth it over 240 Hz?

The jump from 240 Hz to 320 Hz is subtle; most players notice more going from 144 Hz to 240 Hz. Buy 320 Hz if you play competitive shooters and your PC can push the frames.

Can my PC run 320 fps at 1080p?

1080p is light, but 320 fps still needs a fast CPU and a mid-to-high-end GPU in esports titles. In demanding games you will land well below the refresh rate.

Is 1080p sharp enough on a 27-inch screen?

Pixel density is about 82 ppi, so text and fine detail look soft compared with 1440p at the same size. It is fine for gaming, less ideal for office work.

Does it come with a DisplayPort cable?

High refresh rates usually require DisplayPort rather than HDMI, so check the box contents before buying. A certified DisplayPort cable is a cheap safeguard.

Our take on the Acer Nitro Series Gaming Monitor

The Acer Nitro Series Gaming Monitor is a 27-inch 1080p IPS panel with a 320 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms response time, built for competitive play. The high refresh rate and IPS color are the draw, though 1080p stretched across 27 inches is noticeably soft for desktop work. Its only recorded price is $348.99 as of November 1, 2026, so there is no lower recent price to compare against.
