Is the RTX 5070 enough for 1440p gaming?

Yes. The RTX 5070 Laptop GPU is built for high-frame-rate 1440p play, and the 2880 x 1800 panel sits close to that pixel count. Expect to drop some settings in the heaviest titles at native resolution.

Can I upgrade the memory or storage?

The 32 GB of LPDDR5X is soldered to the board, so memory cannot be changed. The 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD is a standard M.2 drive and can be swapped for a larger one.

How long does the battery last?

Acer rates it at up to 7 hours on the 76 Wh battery. Gaming or heavy creative work will drain it far faster, so plan on the 140 W adapter for those sessions.

Is the 120 Hz screen good for gaming?

The 120 Hz refresh rate is a clear step up from 60 Hz and makes fast motion smoother. It is below the 240 Hz panels on some larger gaming laptops, but high for a 14.5-inch 2880 x 1800 display.

How heavy is it to carry?

It weighs 3.53 lb, light for a gaming laptop with a discrete GPU. Add the 140 W power adapter and the bag gets noticeably heavier.
