Questions and answers

Is the SK Pro worth it for a first polisher?
Yes, if you plan to correct your own cars. The 12mm throw and variable speed are forgiving, and the price sits well below most pro-grade dual-action tools.
Does it come with pads?
It ships with a 3-inch backing plate. Pads are sold separately, so budget for foam and microfiber pads in the sizes you need.
Can I use 5-inch pads on it?
Only if you swap the backing plate. The included plate is 3-inch, and backing plates are listed as the replacement part.
How does it compare to a 15mm or 21mm polisher?
A larger throw corrects faster on big flat panels. The SK Pro's 12mm throw is easier to control and better suited to small or curved areas.
When is it cheapest?
