Is the Adizero ZG good for daily training?

It works best for speed sessions and races. The firm, low midsole is thin for everyday mileage, so most runners pair it with a cushioned daily trainer.

How does it compare to other Adizero shoes?

It is a lighter, lower shoe than the cushioned Adizero Boston and closer to a racing flat than the Adios Pro. Choose it for short, fast efforts rather than long runs.

Is $79.68 a good price?

That is a steep discount for an Adizero shoe, which usually sells well above $100. With only one store listing it new, check that your size is in stock before counting on it.

What sizes and colors are available?

The listing shown is a men's size 11 in Footwear White/Lucid Red/Core Black. Availability of other sizes depends on the single store stocking it.

Does it fit true to size?

Adizero shoes generally run true to size with a snug race fit. Runners between sizes or with wide feet often go up a half size.

Our take on the adidas Adizero ZG

The Adizero ZG is adidas' lightweight running shoe built for speed work and race day, sitting in the Adizero line above everyday trainers. It uses a low-profile, firm midsole and a thin engineered mesh upper to keep weight down and ground feel high. The best new price is $79.68 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, with only one store listing it new, so the deal depends on your size staying in stock.
