Is this shirt good for sweaty workouts?

Yes. The polyester knit with AEROREADY is designed to wick moisture and dry quickly, which suits gym sessions and runs. It is not a cooling mesh, so it can feel warm in very humid heat.

How does the modern fit compare to a regular tee?

Modern fit sits closer to the body through the chest and waist than adidas's regular fit. If you want a looser training shirt, size up.

Does it have a longer back?

Yes. The curved hem is slightly longer at the back, and side slits add room to move. That helps keep the shirt tucked or covered when you bend and reach.

Is $20.29 a good price?

It is the best new price among the 4 stores listing it as of November 5, 2026. That is a typical sale-level price for a basic adidas training tee, so it is a fair buy if your size is in stock.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener, which can coat the polyester and reduce moisture wicking.
