Is the ADISTAR 16" Electric Bike worth it at $265.99?

At $265.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is cheap for a 750W fat-tire e-bike with full suspension and a 48V 15.6Ah battery. Expect budget components and a real-world range well under the 60-mile claim.

How fast does it go and how far on a charge?

The 750W motor is rated for Class 2-style speeds up to 20 mph in most US setups. ADISTAR claims up to 60 miles in pedal-assist mode; throttle-only riding and hills will cut that sharply.

Is it good for a teenager?

ADISTAR markets it for teenagers and adults, and the 16" frame and wheels suit shorter riders. Check your state's minimum age and helmet rules for e-bikes before buying for a teen.

Can I remove the battery to charge it?

Yes. The 48V 15.6Ah battery is removable, so you can charge it indoors or swap it. Confirm with the seller that a charger is included in the box.

How does it compare with a 20" fat-tire e-bike?

A 20" model rolls over obstacles more easily and feels more stable at speed. The 16" ADISTAR is more compact and usually cheaper, which suits shorter riders and tight storage.

When is the price lowest?

Only one new price, $265.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, is listed. E-bike prices typically dip around Black Friday and end-of-season sales, so watch for those windows.
