Questions and answers

Is this brace worth it for tennis elbow?
It can help with mild discomfort by adding adjustable compression below the elbow. For sharp or lasting pain, a fitted counterforce strap or a doctor's advice is a better next step.
How do I choose the right size?
It is a single adjustable wrap, so fit depends on the strap length. Measure around your forearm and check the seller's size range before buying.
Can I wear it on either arm?
Yes. The wrap is not left- or right-specific, so it fits either elbow.
Can I sleep or shower in it?
It is meant for wear during activity. Take it off for sleep and remove it before showering so the strap and padding stay in shape.
What is in the box?
One black adjustable elbow wrap. No extra straps or pads are included.
When is it cheapest?
Prices for basic wraps move little, but they often dip during sports-injury and back-to-school sales. Check the price history before buying.
