Pros
  • Large 10x12 footprint with about 591 cubic feet of space
  • Truss frame and floor frame kit add rigidity
  • Sloped roof rated for snow loads up to 10.24 psf
  • Four vents and windows improve airflow and light
  • Rust-resistant black coating and waterproof panels
Cons
  • Only one rating (4 of 5) so real-world feedback is thin
  • Metal sheds can be hot in summer and noisy in rain
  • Assembly is a multi-person job with many panels and fasteners
  • Floor frame kit is not a finished floor; you still need a base
  • Snow rating of 10.24 psf is modest for heavy-snow regions

Questions and answers

Is the AECOJOY 10x12 shed worth it?
It offers a lot of space and a truss frame at a metal-shed price, which suits buyers who need bulk storage. With only one rating, weigh the specs and your climate more than reviews.
Does it come with a floor?
It includes a pre-assembled floor frame kit, not a solid floor. You still need a level base such as concrete or pavers and a floor panel of your choice.
How much snow can the roof hold?
The roof is rated for up to 10.24 psf of snow. That is light-to-moderate; in heavy-snow areas, clear the roof after big storms.
How hard is assembly?
Expect a full day or more with two or more people, given the panel count and fasteners. A level, prepared base makes the job much easier.
Can I put it on grass or dirt?
It is better on a firm, level surface like concrete, gravel with a frame, or pavers. Soft ground can shift and stress the panels.
When is the best time to buy?
Metal sheds often drop in late summer and around Black Friday. Use the price history to see whether the current offer is near its low.
What do buyers say about the AECOJOY 10x12 FT Large Metal Outdoor Storage Shed with Floor Frame?
