Our take on the AGRALINK Universal Lawn and Garden Tractor Seat High-Back

The AGRALINK Universal Lawn and Garden Tractor Seat is a high-back replacement seat with a molded polyurethane cushion wrapped in waterproof yellow vinyl. Its 19.7 by 19.7 inch footprint and multi-hole mounting pattern are meant to fit a wide range of riding mowers and garden tractors. The high back adds support over a flat pan seat, and the vinyl wipes clean after rain or grass clippings.

Best forRiding mower owners replacing a worn or cracked seatGarden tractor owners who want more back supportBuyers who leave equipment outdoors and need a waterproof seat

  • Waterproof vinyl resists rain and washdowns
  • Molded high-density polyurethane holds its shape
  • Multi-hole pattern fits many mounting layouts
  • Wipes clean easily
Cons
  • No memory foam, so it is firm rather than plush
  • Universal pattern may still need drilling or adapter brackets
  • Yellow color shows dirt and does not match every mower

Questions and answers

Will it fit my riding mower?
Check your seat pan bolt spacing against the multi-hole pattern before buying. The seat is 19.7 by 19.7 inches, so measure your current seat and clearance to the steering column and fenders. Some tractors need new holes or adapter brackets.
Is the seat waterproof?
Yes. The cover is waterproof vinyl, so rain and hose spray bead off. Water can still pool in the seams and mounting holes, so tip it or dry it after heavy rain.
Is it comfortable for long mowing sessions?
The high back helps, but the polyurethane is firm and there is no memory foam or suspension. Owners used to a padded seat may find it stiff at first.
Does it come with mounting hardware?
The listing describes the seat only, with a multi-hole mounting pattern. Bolts and brackets are usually not included, so plan to reuse your old hardware or buy new bolts.
Is it worth it over a cheaper flat seat?
If back support matters, the high back is the main reason to pay more. If you only need a basic replacement, a flat pan seat costs less.
