Our take on the Aiseesoft iPhone Password Manager 1 PC Lifetime

Aiseesoft iPhone Password Manager is a desktop utility that scans an iPhone backup and pulls saved website and app logins, Wi-Fi passwords and other credentials into a viewable list you can export as CSV. It runs on Windows 7 through 11 and on Intel or Apple M-series Macs, and it works from iTunes or Finder backups rather than the phone itself. The license is a one-time purchase for a single PC, so there is no recurring fee. No current price was supplied for this listing, so check the live comparison before buying.

Best foriPhone owners who forgot a saved website or Wi-Fi passwordPeople migrating logins to a new phone or a password manager
Windows and Mac users who want a one-time license, not a subscription
Pros
  • One-time lifetime license for one PC, no renewal
  • Exports passwords to CSV for backup or import elsewhere
  • Covers website, app and Wi-Fi credentials from iPhone backups
  • Runs on old Windows versions back to Windows 7
  • Mac version supports Apple M-series chips
Cons
  • Needs a prior iTunes or Finder backup; it cannot read the phone directly
  • CSV export is plain text, so the file itself is unprotected
  • Single-PC license; extra machines cost more
  • No browser extension or autofill; it is a recovery tool, not a daily manager
  • Very old iOS backups may not be fully supported

Questions and answers

Is it worth it compared with a free password manager?
It solves a different problem: recovering passwords already stored on an iPhone, which free managers do not do. If you only need day-to-day autofill, a free manager like Bitwarden is the better fit.
Does it work without an iTunes backup?
No. It reads data from an existing iTunes or Finder backup, so make one first. Encrypted backups need the backup password to be unlocked.
Can I export the passwords?
Yes, results can be saved as a CSV file. Treat that file as sensitive and delete it after importing into a password manager.
How many computers can use one license?
The listing is a 1 PC lifetime license, so it activates on one machine. Running it on a second computer requires another license.
Does it support the latest iPhone and iOS?
The listed support covers iPadOS 13 through 26 and a 27 beta, plus iTunes 10.7 or later. Very new iOS releases can lag behind until the app is updated.
When is the price lowest?
Aiseesoft runs frequent direct discounts and bundle sales, and lifetime licenses often drop during holiday promotions. Compare the store price against its recent history before buying.
