Is the AIVOLT 40V blower worth it?

At $139.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get blowing, vacuuming and mulching in one cordless tool. It suits light to moderate yard work; heavy fall cleanup will push the 30-minute turbo runtime.

How long does the battery last?

AIVOLT rates it at up to 90 minutes on low speed and about 30 minutes in turbo high. Expect real-world times closer to the low end when you use high speed often.

Does it really run on 40V if it has two 20V batteries?

Yes. The kit includes two 20V 4.0Ah batteries that combine to deliver 40V to the tool. You charge them with the included charger.

What comes in the box?

The kit includes the blower/vacuum unit, two 20V 4.0Ah batteries, a charger, a 40L leaf collection bag, a shoulder strap and a user manual.

How much does it mulch leaves down?

AIVOLT lists a 15:1 mulch reduction, so roughly 15 bags of loose leaves become about one bag of mulch. The 40L zip-bottom bag empties from the bottom.

When is the best time to buy it?

Leaf blowers usually see discounts in early fall and around Black Friday. The current $139.99 at Amazon is the best new price across the 2 stores listing it as of November 4, 2026.

Our take on the AIVOLT 40V 3-in-1 Cordless Leaf Blower Vacuum Mulcher Kit

The AIVOLT 40V is a handheld 3-in-1 tool that blows, vacuums and mulches leaves, rated at 160 mph and 600 CFM. It runs on two 20V 4.0Ah batteries for up to 90 minutes on low and about 30 minutes in turbo, and the 15:1 mulch ratio packs debris into a 40L zip-bottom bag. Best forHomeowners with small to mid-size yardsFall leaf cleanup on patios, driveways and roofsBuyers who want blowing and vacuuming in one toolLight-duty users who value runtime over raw power

Pros

Three tools in one: blow, vacuum and mulch
600 CFM and 160 mph are strong figures for a cordless handheld
Up to 90 minutes on low speed from two 4.0Ah batteries
15:1 mulch ratio shrinks leaves into a 40L bag
Shoulder strap and adjustable wheels ease the 11.2 lb weight

Cons

Turbo runtime is only about 30 minutes
11.2 lbs gets tiring overhead or on long jobs
The 20 dB noise claim is not realistic for a 160 mph blower
Two 20V batteries means two packs to charge and manage
Plastic build and a 3.9 rating suggest mid-tier durability
