Our take on the Alwyn Home Lindy Electric Heated Mattress Pad

The Alwyn Home Lindy is an electric heated mattress pad that goes under your fitted sheet to warm the bed from below. It comes in a standard style and a Full size, with adjustable heat and a machine-washable top. It is a budget-tier pad rather than a smart one: no app, no auto-off timer claims, no dual-zone controls. Shoppers comparing it should check the controller and cord length against their bed setup before buying.

Single-zone heat, so two sleepers share one setting

Questions and answers

Is a heated mattress pad worth it over an electric blanket?: A pad heats from below and stays under the sheet, so you feel warmth without a bulky blanket on top. An electric blanket is easier to move between rooms but sits over you and can feel heavy.
Does it fit a Full mattress?: Yes, this listing is the Full size in the standard style. Check the pad's dimensions against your mattress depth, since deep mattresses can stretch the corners.
Can I wash it?: Yes, detach the controller and cord first, then wash on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not dry clean or iron it.
Does it have an auto shutoff or timer?: The standard controller described here has adjustable heat but no timer or auto-off feature listed. Unplug it when not in use.
Can two people set different temperatures?: No. It is a single-zone pad, so both sleepers get the same heat setting.
When is it cheapest?: Heated bedding tends to drop in price in late winter and during pre-season sales in early fall. Track the price history before buying.
What do buyers say about the Alwyn Home Lindy Electric Heated Mattress Pad?: Rated 4.5 out of 5 from 80 ratings.
